Basic Eligibility Requirements
• Minimum 12 months (1 year) of skilled work experience in Canada
• Work experience must be under NOC TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3

• Paid work experience only (self-employed work usually not eligible)
• Meet minimum language requirements (CLB 5–7 depending on NOC level)
• Intend to live outside Quebec

• Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)
• Open work permits for dependents of students or skilled workers
• International Experience Canada (IEC / Working Holiday) permits

• Job duties must align with the LMIA-approved occupation
