PNP – Yukon (Yukon Nominee Program)
Updated as per IRCC & Yukon Nominee Program (YNP)
Prepared by HCFL Immigration – Calgary, Alberta
The Yukon Nominee Program (YNP) allows the Government of Yukon to nominate foreign nationals who can
meet Yukon’s labour market and economic needs for Canadian Permanent Residence. The program is
delivered in partnership with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Yukon is one of Canada’s three northern territories and has a growing economy supported by tourism,
mining, construction, renewable energy, and service industries. YNP helps employers address labour
shortages by retaining skilled and semi-skilled workers.
